These Terms govern your use of Relay. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. We've kept them short and readable — if anything's unclear, just ask.
Who we are
Relay is provided by Agile Catalyst Labs ("we", "us"). Contact: producto@agilecatalystlabs.com.
What Relay is
Relay helps two partners share the mental load of running a household — building an inventory of the areas you manage, handing them off, and keeping both of you in sync. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the app.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your region) to use Relay.
- Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse Relay. In particular, don't:
- Break the law or infringe others' rights with it.
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates someone else's privacy.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Use it to send spam or to harass another person, including a household partner.
Your content
You own the content you put into Relay — your areas, tasks, notes, and the rest. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content to operate the service, including sharing it with a household partner you invite. When you share or hand off an area, your partner can see and act on it; that's the point of the app.
Subscriptions and payments
- Relay offers a free tier and a paid Relay Pro subscription. Free-tier limits are shown in the app.
- Purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed by them and by our subscriptions provider, RevenueCat. We never receive your full payment-card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Except where required by law or the store's policies, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.
Privacy
Your use of Relay is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we handle it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Relay running well, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we'll give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
Disclaimers
Relay is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Relay is a coordination tool — it does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice, and you're responsible for the decisions you make using it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agile Catalyst Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Relay. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Relay and delete your account at any time from the app's Privacy & data screen. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm others or us.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agile Catalyst Labs is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits any consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Relay after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
